Oh My Zsh For Mac

Oh My Zsh plugins allow you to add varied functionality to your shell just by enabling them. They areeach documented in the README.md file in their respective plugins/ folder.

Enable a plugin by adding its name to the plugins array in your .zshrc file (found in the $HOMEdirectory). For example, this enables the rails, git and ruby plugins, in that order:

  • go (deprecated; use golang instead)

This video will go over the basics of oh-my-zsh installation. Oh-My-ZSH on MacOS Sierra If you are a developer, coder, sysadmin or IT Pro I assume that you have used the terminal either on your Unix, Linux, Mac o Windows. And the shell that usually comes as default is the good old faithful BASH shell, which is nice but not cool.
