Rep 0110 Unable To Open File Reports

REP-0110: Unable to open file 'rclug005 I've checked the privileges and everything's fine on that front. Also, I can get to open the report with the web.show document built-in with paramform setting = No. I am having a similar issue. When I try to load the file via a script I get the 'unable to open' file error, but if I use the command line and copy and paste the exact same file, it opens fine. I'm sure I'm missing something small, but any help is welcome. I do have the entire path pointing to the file. (I am using a list of files and reading.

Hello, Our client migrated from 11i to R12 last year. So in the report they updated some tables as they are obsolete in R12 and migrated it to R12. But when are trying to run the program, it is completing with error with below message.

REP-0110: Unable to open file 'CHARXAGE.rdf'. REP-1070: Error while opening or saving a document. REP-0110: Unable to open file '/u01/app/oracle/ebsshared/ebsd/appsst/appl/xxch/12.0.0/reports/US/CHARXAGE.rdf'.

Could anyone help me out with this. Even, now i'm trying to open the file report builder, its giving the same error. Report Builder Error: REP-0110: Unable to open file 'Z:Source ControlReportsCHARXAGE.rdf'. REP-1070: Error while opening or saving a document. Thanks in advance.
