It's a good effort and lacks the overproduction of the released album.

Great quality studio outtakes. Fun Dancin', breezy Passenger, lots of different lyrics in Fire On The Mountain ('Out of the rattrap and under the wire / Skip past the skillet right into the fire'), and the Equinox exit jam even sounds a little like Throwin' Stones jam from years later.
